/Clear terms.
No surprises.

1. Every project is quoted individually after a short call. Your quote sets out the agreed scope, deliverables, timeline and price.
2. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.
3. Work outside the agreed scope, such as extra pages, features or design concepts, is quoted separately before we start on it.

1. Projects under R15 000: 100% payment upfront before work starts.
2. Projects of R15 000 and more: a 65% deposit to book your slot and start work. The remaining 35% is due before launch or final file handover.
3. Large or long-running projects may be split into agreed milestones, each invoiced before that phase begins.
4. We start once the payment or deposit has cleared, or proof of payment is received and verified.
5. Payment is by EFT unless agreed otherwise. Please use your invoice number as the payment reference.

1. Timelines in your quote start once the deposit has cleared and we have received your content (text, images, logins and brand assets).
2. We rely on timely feedback. If we wait more than 10 working days for content or approval, the project is paused and rescheduled into the next available slot.
3. If a project is inactive for 60 days because of outstanding client input, we may close it. Work completed up to that point is billable, and restarting may need a new quote.

1. Each deliverable includes 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope.
2. Further revisions, or changes after sign-off, are billed at our hourly rate or quoted separately.
3. Feedback should be sent in one consolidated list per round, by email or WhatsApp.

1. Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website, designs and files we created for you.
2. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Zibu Tech (Pty) Ltd, and we may withhold handover or launch.
3. Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images remain under their own licences. Where a licence is in our name, we will transfer it or advise you on buying your own.
4. We may show completed work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to.

1. Monthly plans (SEO, Google Ads management, social media, hosting and maintenance) are billed monthly in advance and due by the 5th of each month.
2. SEO, Google Ads and social media plans have a minimum term of 6 months, because results take time to build.
3. Hosting and maintenance plans run month to month.
4. Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice once any minimum term has ended. Cancelling before the minimum term ends means the remaining months are still payable.
5. Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Meta or the relevant platform and is separate from our management fee.
6. Social media content is planned a month ahead and sent for approval. If we haven’t received feedback by the start of the month, we will proceed as planned.

1. Store items and sourced-to-order devices must be paid in full before we place the order, reserve stock or hand over the device.
2. Prices for sourced items can change with supplier pricing and exchange rates until payment is received.
3. Devices carry the manufacturer’s warranty, or our stated warranty for renewed and certified refurbished devices. [CONFIRM warranty term]
4. Returns and defective goods are handled in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Items must be returned complete, with all accessories and packaging.
5. Setup and data transfer services are billed separately unless included in a bundle.

1. If an invoice is unpaid by its due date, we pause work on the project or plan until payment is received.
2. Hosted websites and services may be suspended if payment is more than 30 days overdue.
3. Paused time doesn’t count towards your project timeline, and restarting depends on our schedule.

1. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, because they secure your slot and cover planning and initial work.
2. If you cancel a project, any work completed beyond what you have already paid for is billable.
3. If we are unable to complete a project for reasons on our side, we refund the portion of payments that covers work not delivered.

1. You confirm that you have the rights to any content, images, logos and trademarks you give us to use.
2. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your content, prices and legal information before launch.
3. Please keep your passwords and account access secure, and tell us promptly if anything changes.

1. We work hard to get you results, but we can’t guarantee specific Google rankings, ad performance, leads or sales, because these depend on platforms and markets outside our control.
2. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugin updates, outages or changes to Google, Meta or other services.
3. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.

1. We handle your personal information in line with POPIA, and only use it to deliver and manage the services you asked for.
2. These terms apply to every quote, project and plan unless a signed agreement says otherwise. If the two differ, the signed agreement takes priority.
3. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page applies to new quotes.
